摘要：Fibration  is one of the most important tools to classify algebraic surfaces and to study moduli spaces. Singular fibers play an important role in the classifaction of fibrations. Many fibrations with remarkable arithmetic and geometric properties can be obtained from fibrations over rational lines by base changes. My lecture mainly   pay  attention  to  the  following topic:    Classify fibrations of algebraic surfaces over rational curves, and give its applications.
